19th Century Silver Gilt French Wine Trolley

$12,500

About

This exceptional silver gilt wine trolley from Tétard Frères of Paris is perfect for displaying that prized vintage. Wine lovers are sure to treasure this unique piece that conveniently rolls a bottle of wine from person to person at the dinner table. A secure tilting mechanism allows for smooth pouring to ensure the silt at the bottom of the bottle remains undisturbed. The cleverly designed trolley also has a chained "collar" that attaches to the neck of the bottle for more stability while pouring the perfect glass of wine. Stamped with makers mark "TFres" for Tétard Frères of Paris, circa 1890. Measures: 6 1/2" high x 13" wide x 6 1/2" deep.
