Boyd Decanter with six flight Liqueur glasses
The clear Czech contemporary boyd decanter is formally strong, yet with delicate details expressed through the lines and inner fluting. Modern yet retro, the decanter is a timeless design you that works with many interior design styles. This clear glass decanter is good for water, cocktails, and juice. It is good for both everyday and special occasions.
These liqueur glasses can be used used to serve after-dinner liqueurs. These original glasses are an original choice for design lovers. A collection fully in character with f f e r r o n e design aesthetics and inspired by the architecture of her hometown of Chicago, the Flight collection was inspired by the towers of Marina City, the iconic architectural landmark designed by Bertrand Goldberg in the mid 1960s which sit along the Chicago River in the heart of the city.
Each piece is handcrafted by master glassblowers of borosilicate glass allowing for thermal resistance in a range of hot and cold applications. The collection is dishwasher safe. In stock.

Felicia Ferrone
Chicago native Felicia Ferrone (b. 1972) studied architecture at Miami University in Ohio before moving to Milan, where she worked as an architect for six years. “This experience taught me how to blur boundaries and make deeper connections,” Ferrone says. “It is there that I began to realize how the different disciplines of architecture and design overlap, how the roles of commerce and design history are intertwined and how the artistic process and the final outcome must be in balance. Milan taught me how to see and be inspired.”
Currently working on a private commission, new glassware collections and the research and design for an “ideal home,” Ferrone launched a serveware collection to mark the 10th anniversary of her brand in 2020.
“I think there is beauty in the utility of an object, just as there is something remarkable about a piece that is stunning first and practical second — it’s not an either or,” she tells 1stDibs. “I try to give my designs both qualities without insisting that one overshadows the other. I also create pieces that live in the present. While we see a lot of design referencing past eras or riffing on a particular vintage detail, I try to keep my focus on the form as an expression of today and the future.”

The international namesake brand, founded in Chicago in 2010, is known for delivering the unexpected through a seemingly simple gesture resulting in work that is minimal yet whimsical. Archetypes are reinvented; typologies are crossed and blended. European and modern influences, mastery of proportion, and meticulously considered details are the hallmarks of fferrone. The contemporary furniture and accessories are timeless and complement interiors that range from contemporary to vintage styles. Through close collaborations with master artisans, each piece is handcrafted with an innovative use of materials and production techniques. Felicia Ferrone graduated with a degree in architecture from Miami University, Ohio, after which she moved to Milan. Ferrone’s expansive reach is informed by her early experience as an architect in Milan, where she was first taught to “blur boundaries.” In a series of positions with some of Italy’s most notable design luminaries, she developed her belief that all aspects of design are interdependent, that nothing exists in a vacuum but always in relation to the environment, objects, and systems that surround it. Her award winning work is included in the Art Institute of Chicago’s permanent collection, is a recipient of a GOOD DESIGN Award, and her work is widely exhibited and published internationally. She is the Director of Graduate Studies in Industrial Design and a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
