About the Item

Set of three crown Staffordshire bone china liquor bottle labels or bottle tags. This set includes three labels for adorning liquor bottles or decanters at a bar. One of each labeled brandy, scotch, and bourbon. These porcelain bone china plaques are a wonderful detail for any bar cart, wet bar, or as a hostess gift. The shape of each label resembles a crest, with a rounded bottom and peaked top. At the top, is a blue ribbon motif that curls down around the edges. A floral motif in red, green and yellow are detailed throughout among the ribbon and at the bottom. Either brandy, scotch or bourbon. The sides or exterior of the labels are detailed in fine gold. The font on each label is in a black serif in all capital letters. All on a white bone china background. On the top and at the sides are two pierced holes that hold a chain used for placing and holding to liquor bottles. At the back, each piece is labeled with, "Fine Bone China, Crown Staffordshire England, Est 1801" in green lettering. The center features a crown with a swirl design. We think that design is all in the details. And this ribbon motif decanter label set would be a great accent to any bar. We love the idea of using crystal decanters or bar ware to hold liquor. It adds a touch of glamour. These labels help keep things in order. Because let’s face it, after a few cocktails, things can get confusing. We especially love that these can be removed once a decanter is empty and placed on another. Dimensions for each label: 2.0" wide 1.75" height without chain 4.75” tall with chain Approximately .25” deep.

Condition:
Wear consistent with age and use. Some wear to the backside with minor markings from use. Some oxidization to the metal chains as well as some wear to the gold around the edges. Wonderful vintage condition.
