Victorian Novelty Champagne Bottle Decanter, 1893

About the Item

A handsome late Victorian decanter made from glass and topped with English Sterling 925 silver fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1893, a true Victorian piece and signed by the well renowned silversmith, John Grinsell & Sons. The hinge is in perfect working order and the bottle retains the internal glass stopper. A striking piece which would look equally at home in a traditional or modern setting. Excellent condition, standing 12 1/2" tall with a diameter measuring 3 1/2". Item: 43085 Free worldwide registered airmail directly from the UK.
