Mid-Century French Ceramic Soup Tureen by André L'Helguen Keraluc Quimper, 1950s it is a very beautiful tureen brightly colored and handmade by André L'Helguen for the Breton pottery Keraluc. André L'Helguen is one of the emblematic ceramist of the factory in the 1950s. The enamel work is very beautiful, it is soft and silky to the touch. The decor is very meticulous and rich in colorful details. It is signed under the base. Circa 1950 It is in very good condition. Be sure to look at the pictures as they complete the description of the items. The Keraluc faience factory is a French faience company established in Quimper, France. It was created in 1946. Its original style and the search for modernity distinguish it from the traditional Quimper faience. Keraluc was distinguished by the total freedom left to the artists. It allowed many artists to create original pieces in their forms, techniques and colors.
