About

A midcentury, set of eight French Majolica glazed earthenware fish form servers. Right sized for individual servings of dipping sauces or other side dishes. Each fish is arched, as if swimming, the fins and tail are modeled with a serrate edge. Marked: PV, France, circa 1950–1960 Measures: 8.5 in. L x 5 in. W x 1.5 in. H. The interior opening is roughly 6 in. x 5 in. Very good conditions with the expected light wear found in faïence.
