Finest Bohemian Art Nouveau glass vase: Mold-blown, disc-shaped body on a flush stand with raised, slender, trumpet-shaped, widening neck, flatened, 10-times wave-shaped mouth rim, slightly concave inwardly curved base with ground, polished pontil. Shape: Series I, Prod. nr. - PN 7598, year 1898 Decor: Phenomenon Genre - PG 6893 Candia Salmon-pink underlaid, colorless glass with milky-white veined, silver-yellow threads regularly and tightly wound, drawn by a 12-part rib model to form a wave pattern, milky white-yellow overlay on the top/inside of the mouth, reduced and iridescent shimmering gold and blue. Manufactured by Loetz Widow / Klostermühle / Bohemia Dating of manufacture: around 1898 Size: height: 35.0 cm / 13.77 in diameter: 12.5 cm / 4.92 in Condition: excellent.
