Royal Worcester 1870's, Hand Made Porcelain Ewer-Pitcher w-Dragon Handle Fine Classy Art Piece! Very ornate design, has correct old mark, with initials of artist (rare in later versions!) Incredibly gorgeous, of bulbous form painted with spray of flowers and with applied gilt lizard having inset green eyes forming the handle, marked and numbered 260 beneath, 12 (30cm) high. excellent original condition, Creamy embossed surface design, feels nice, as well as incredible craftsmanship, taller, larger bowl version, enamel colors are perfect all over, great choices of colors, 99.7% of gold gilding all over where it is supposed to be! Rare Royal Worcester "Dragon pitcher, with a golden figurative dragon handle. England, 1870-1880". Royal Worcester was established in 1751 and is believed to be the oldest or second oldest remaining English porcelain brand still in existence today.
