Decorative ceramic pitcher by Robert Perot, founder of the pottery, Vieux Moulin (circa 1960s), Vallauris, France. Charming earthenware glazed piece with abstract motif in the central decorative band. The motif is reminiscent of a Balinese or African garment pattern with a lovely chocolate brown background and oatmeal hued linear shapes. It suggests movement not dissimilar to a Keith Haring piece.
