About the Item

Rare and beautifully hand painted porcelain tile in chrome metal frame serving tray. This beautiful quality, oval shaped tile serving tray is an absolute joy to own and to look at. It is a smaller than average specimen and apart from some minor signs of use to the surface, this stunning antique tray is in superb condition. There are absolutely no cracks in the porcelain tile and the glazed surface made sure that the hand painted waterlily flowers have not faded at all. There is an elegance about the wonderfully flowing motion with which the lily flowers and leafs are painted that make them an absolute joy to look at. There are some hand painted marks on the back of this antique tile (see images 6 & 7) but we don't know the name of the maker. The tile fits perfectly in the strong chromed metal frame and the integrated handles make it easy to use as well. No matter where you decide to have this antique work of beauty on display, it will never fail to impress. This piece also makes a great gift for a flower and/or Arts and Crafts enthousiast. This rare Stylish Arts & Crafts tray certainly is great value for money. Also, because perfect packing (in a custom made box) and worldwide shipping from our store to your door in just 4 to 6 days are complimentary. Maximum width x depth x height: 13.3 x 9.5 x 2.3 inches. We have a passion for the unique, for quality, for stylish yet practical and for craftsmanship of years gone by. Your purchases will be extremely well packaged and we look forward to serving you (again).
