In this listing you will find a spectacular Mid Century Modern Silver Plated Serving Platter manufactured in limited edition by Teghini Firenze.
Fonderia D’Arte Teghini, Firenze, produced sophisticated, high quality hand crafted items with limited runs in Florence, Italy throughout the 1960s and 1970s.
An impactful, oversized statement piece for the table or sideboard. The dome is formed as a recumbent stag with sand-cast antlers. The deer sits on a heavy weight oval tray with a gadroon rim. The antlers show a highly detailed pattern, and are attached to the dome with two bolts that can be tightened from the underside. Made in Italy in 1960s.
The platter is in good vintage condition with some signs of time and use.
