Framed Biscuit Porcelain Jasperware Relief Cameo with Three Women

About the Item

A framed biscuit porcelain Jasperware relief cameo with three women dancing and picking flowers. Likely an 18th / 19th century German wedgwood-like jasperware piece. This piece is framed in a glass floating frame on top of sage green felt. A small interior matt contains a bit of gilt trim as well. The background on the porcelain is painted slightly green to match the felt’s color. In excellent condition. Would make a wonderful addition to any private collection with a traditional sensibility. This would hang elegantly on any wall in the front of a home or study. No obvious marks on the back. This indicates it’s more likely German than English. Measurements: Width: 15.25" / 38.735 cm Depth: 2.25" / 5.715 cm Height: 17" / 43.18 cm.
