Liverpool porcelain hand painted tea bowl and saucer
About the Item
This Liverpool porcelain tea bowl and saucer is decorated with the hand painted "Cannonball" pattern and is attributed to James Pennington. The bowl measures 77 mm (3 inches) in diameter and stands 41 mm (1 5/8ths inches) high, whilst the saucer is 125 mm (4 7/8ths inches) in diameter, and stands 26 mm (1 inch) high. Both pieces are in very good condition and would date from around 1770.
