About the Item

Pair of Historical Porcelain Vases from the Italian Nicasio Collection. Pair of splendid porcelain vases from the limited edition of the 3000 from the well-known Nicasio Catanese Collection. The four-sided vases are, on each side, sublimely hand decorated and etched in 24k gold with the portraits of the kings and queens from the House of Savoy in Italy. The vases are valuable because of the iconographic representation of the prestigious Sovereigns of the House of Savoy. I Re e le Regine d’Italia King Victor Emmanuel III King Umberto II Queen Elena del Montenegro Queen Maria Jose del Belgio The vase necks are decorated with the House of Savoy coat of arms. The Nicasio Collection was founded in 1969 and the vases were produced in 1984. These vases represent a bright Italian historical past. Condition is excellent. Measurements: H 15 ½” x W 5 ½” x D 5 ½”.
