PAIR of Paris Porcelain Empire-period Campana Vases, c. 1810
About the Item
Each vase has a pair of handles, molded in a arch and attached to the body with busts of a Zeus-like personage. (Image 6) The Campana body rests on a square platform, on the under-side of which is a possibly maker's mark, two parallel incised lines "II".
