About the Item
Plate, in Chinese export porcelain. Polychrome decoration, with floral motifs in shades of orange and green. The center of the plate features a cluster of stylized flowers, with rouge de fer petals and green leaves, complemented by fine black details that outline the branches and flowers. The central composition is balanced and harmonious, standing out for the lightness of its lines and the natural curves of the plants.
The rim of the plate is richly ornamented, with a more intense decorative band, also with floral motifs in rouge de fer, as well as botanical elements. Details include larger flowers, leaves and decorative elements that intertwine, creating a smooth moving effect around the piece.
The porcelain finish is shiny, reflecting light and highlighting the details of the paintings. The white background and smooth surface provide an ideal contrast to the colors of the decoration, amplifying the elegance and artistic value of the object.
