Silver gilt mounted porcelain baskets

About the Item

A pretty pair of silver gilt mounted porcelain baskets. French 1st standard (0.950). Makers mark for 'E.P' on the base which is likely for Emile Puiforcat. The pierced open work sides are intricately painted with flowers and gold trims. Aesthetically pleasing, hand painted blooming roses fill the base of the baskets.
