About the Item

Two 18th Century English Worcester porcelain lidded baskets, ca 1770 Royal Worcester was established in 1751 by John Wall, these bowls where made during so called the Dr. Wall period . The baskets (chestnut baskets) are marked on the bottom with the crescent (1755-1790) The lidded baskets has flower pattern in relief and inside the bowl there is a floral decoration The lids have openwork porcelain with handles on top and sides in the shape of a branche with flowers. One lid has damages at the rim and the other one a hair line in the handle on top The measurement is 12 cm high, 21 cm wide and the depth is 16,5 cm The weight is 1190 grams
