A Worcester Porcelain Hancock L'Amour Print Coffee Cup and Saucer, c1760 Additional information: Date : c1760 Period : George II - George III Marks :None Origin :Worcester England Colour : 0n-glaze black printed Pattern : L'Amour on tea bowl and saucer Features : These incarnations of the popular pattern includes the full range of sometimes-omitted elements - the dogs, fountain, garden roller and gardener - in addition to the central trio of characters; the two pieces, though, do have different versions of the print - neither of which includes Hancock's personal rebus. Condition : Very fine; some very tiny underglaze inclusions, and few nibbles to the foot rim of the saucer Restoration : None Dimensions : Saucer 12.3 cm diameter coffee cup 5.6 cm diameter, height 5.9 cm
