English Creamware Whieldon-type Tortoiseshell Tea Bowl & Saucer,
The 18th-century creamware tea bowl and saucer are decorated in tortoise-shell and green glazes. The exterior of the bowl has a band of molded pearls as does the saucer around the central well where the tea bowl sits.
Provenance: Jonathan Horne Antiques- A Jonathan Horne Antiques paper label and a sales label describing it as Staffordshire or Yorkshire with a price of 660 pounds.
Dimensions: Overall: 2 1/4 inches high x 4 1/2 inches diameter (5.12cm high x 11.43cm); Saucer 4 1/2 inch diameter x 1 inch height, The cup 3 3/16 inch diameter x 1 3/4 inch height.

First Period Worcester Porcelain Holly Berry Pattern Teacup and Saucer, Hop Trellis Pattern,
Circa 1775.
The First Period Worcester porcelain teacup and saucer has a reeded French shape and is richly decorated with the Holly Berry pattern- a variation of the Hop Trellis pattern. Panels of purple plants alternate with berried foliage between borders of lilac diaper and gold herringbone and a lower border of white pearls on a bright turquoise ground. There are gilt dentil rims and the inside of the cup has flowers and berried sprigs below a gold band.
Dimensions: Overall: 2 3/8 inches high x 5 1/4 inches wide; Saucer: 5 1/4 inch diameter x 1 inch high; Cup: 1 7/8 inches high x 4 inches wide x 3 3/8 inches deep. (overall 6.033 cm high x 13.34 cm wide)
