An unusual early 19th century black marble tazza, with central specimen marble inlay to the bowl, raised on ring-turned stem, ending on square plinth base. Retaining original maker’s label: ‘Phusitechnicon: Fletcher’s Spar and Marble, 27 Upper Parade, Leamington Spa.’ Measures: Diameter of bowl 13.5ins (34cms).
