Antique Art Deco Salt Pepper 2 Sailors Singing Playing Accordion
About the Item
These two little salt and peppers are designed as a pair of sailors with black hats. The black hats unscrew so that the little figures can be filled with salt and pepper. One of the sailors is singing and playing the accordion, the other has his hands in his pockets. The little sailors are made out of pressed glass. The collars of the sailors shirts are painted with blue enamel. Their lips and the accordion are painted with red enamel, the tips of the shoes are painted with black enamel. One of the hats shows rests of a piece of cork.
