Antique Set of Rustic Carter Cutlery with Carved Horn Handles 18th A rare antique set of knife and fork as serving cutlery. The handles are made of deer horn with handcarved heads of middle age people on their end. Tines and blade are made of tinned metal. Manufactured in Germany mid of the 18th century. This type of cutlery was used by hunters or travelling salesmen on their trips. Good condition with traces of use according to the old age. This article contains parts of animal origin, which belong to non-endangered and non-threatened animals and follow the US Fish & Wildlife regulations. They are not listed on CITES Appendix I and II.
