The quality of the gold used to recover sterling silver is a minimum of 750 mils (18-karat). An exceptional set from the point of view of its design as well as the quality of the engraving and gilding. The stems and handles have engraved foliate decoration in extremely rare three colours of gold. The set includes a sugar tongs, a server, a fork, and spoon. No monogrammed. The set is presented in its original red silk presentation case from "Pavillon de Hanovre, 33 bd des Italiens, Paris."
