About

An exceptional, fine and impressive antique Edwardian English sterling silver figural table bell; an addition to our range of ornamental silverware. This exceptional antique Edwardian cast sterling silver table bell has been modelled in the form of a woman carrying a basket. This female character is embellished with cast details replicating her anatomical features and Victorian attire, complete with a ribbon-tied bonnet and bow garnished wasited dress. This Edwardian silver model features an impressive covered wicker basket places over one arm; this character represents a cultural influence of the period, which is undetermined. This impressive example of antique silverware retains the original hallmarked sterling silver clapper.
