This exceptional antique Victorian sterling silver creamer has been realistically modelled in the form of a cow. The plain body of this antique silver creamer is embellished with details reproducing the fine definition of the cow's facial and anatomical features. The jug is fitted with a hinged cover, surmounted with an impressive cast and applied finial realistically modelled in the form of a fly. This impressive Victorian silver cow creamer is fitted with a loop handle, modelled in the form of the cow's tail. Each creamer is embellished with Fine details reproducing the details of the bull/cow's hide and facial features. The back of the each piece is fitted with a hinged shaped cover encompassed with floral decoration and surmounted with a finial modelled in the form of a fly/insect. The bull and cow's tails function as the creamer's handle. A fine and impressive antique George III English sterling silver helmet shaped creamer made by Peter and Ann Bateman, an addition to our Georgian silver teaware collection. This fine antique George III sterling silver cream jug has a helmet shaped form onto a pedestal with a circular spreading foot and plain square base. The upper portion of the body is ornamented with a broad band of bright cut engraved irregular undulating decoration. The body of the jug is embellished with a pin struck and bright cut engraved decorated shield shaped vacant cartouche suspended from a stylized ribbon design.
