A fine and impressive antique George III Newcastle sterling silver waiter made by John Langlands I & John Robertson I, an addition to our ornamental silverware collection. This fine antique George III sterling silver waiter has a plain circular form onto three bracket style feet. The surface of this fine example of Newcastle silverware is plain and unembellished. The swept border is ornamented with a plain applied moulded rim. This impressive salver is supported by three bracket style feet ornamented with fluted decoration. This antique sterling silver waiter was crafted by the renowned Newcastle silversmiths John Langlands I & John Robertson I. Condition This antique silver waiter is a very good gauge of silver, very good quality and in excellent condition. Full hallmarks struck to the underside of the waiter are clear in keeping with age and location.
