An Edwardian novelty silver pin cushion realistically modelled as a miniature duck, complete with red velvet cushion and base. The hallmarks are beautifully clear and show it was made by James Deakin & Sons (John & William F Deakin) in Chester, England in 1913. It is in lovely condition and is very charming.
