Capstan Silver Inkwell Royal Field Artillery Military Presentation 1938

About the Item

An exceptional Art Deco Capstan Silver Inkwell fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1938. It has the words "Presented by the NCO's & Men 101st Battery RFA' engraved on the top of the lid, thus presented by Royal Field Artillery just before the start of the second world war. A really nice piece of personal regimental history, probably presented for retirement or a visiting dignitary. Date & Origin Birmingham, England, 1938 Condition Excellent, No major dings. Dimensions Height: 6cm Base : 11.2cm.
