The filigree is a kind of metal lace, made of silver or gold thread (or gold or silver metal), component arabesques and various patterns. Since Antiquity, jewelry and various objects have been covered with it, then applied to different materials, in twists, or welded on metal plates, leaving, or not, days and empty spaces. Mounted on a silver back support.
