About the Item

Two solid five-light candelabra, mounted on a round, fluted stepped base with a delicate palmette frieze on the side, four slender, four-pointed dolphins with their heads resting on the ground with their fins pointing up and supporting the conical shaft, from which in the middle on a spherical element a vase-shaped spout with a profiled drip tray with palmette bands on the side emerges, four dolphins attached to the side of the spherical element, carrying four more spouts with drip trays with their outstretched tails. Made around 1950 Belgian fineness mark A835 in oval frame Manufacturer's mark - Letters A, O, B, each in a lozenge in a field with four corners and two rounded sides. Dimensions: Height: 40.0 cm / 15.74 in Diameter: 26.5 cm / 10.43 in Total weight: 4260 Grams / 136.97 troy ounces Very well-maintained condition, cleaned and polished.
