Pair of Chinese Export Silver Candlesticks
About the Item
A Pair of Chinese Export Silver Candlesticks, each with coiled dragon chasing a fire pearl around the plain column, with the dragons rising in opposing directions to face each other. The square stepped bases embossed and chased with prunus flowers, and each candlestick has a removable plain nozzle.
Marked with WH, for the retailer Wang Hing, and with the maker's mark of Qi Ji (啟記), the workshop of Qi.
