About the Item

We are happy to offer you this pair of sterling silver candlesticks by Gorham Silversmiths of Providence, Rhode Island. Hallmarked 1927, there’s an inscription on the bottom-side “From father and mother July 4, 1928”. They have a tapered body and a large oval vase that compliments the oval bobeche. (The bobeche are removable.) The pattern has ridges going around the base, along the body and even towards the top. There are some dents around the top which is why we priced the antique candlesticks so low. They have a large presence and will look beautiful on your table or server.
