Sterling Silver Candlesticks

About the Item

Being offered is a pair of sterling silver candlesticks by Graff, Washbourne & Dunn. The have a gadroon design around the base, waist, neck and bobeche. Their shape is classic in that it’s tapered and then opens out on the bottom. The bobeche are removable and there is a hand engraved monogram on the base. These sterling candlesticks have a stately old world elegance that is beautiful and timeless.

The well is plain and unembellished, encompassed with a plain elevated border. The plain cylindrical capital retains the original detachable hallmarked sconce ornamented with a plain applied moulded border.
