About the Item

Being offered is a sterling silver fork and spoon (salad set) in the “Gothic” pattern by George Shiebler Silver. First introduced in 1890, it quickly became an instant classic. It has a scalloped handle with a swirl design along the rim. The top portion of each (bowl & tines) are gold-washed to protect the sterling from acidic ingredients. These are large size serving pieces that will enhance your dinner table.
