A Very Good & Heavy Sterling Silver Sauce Tureen, Hallmarked London 1903

About the Item

The highly attractive bombe shaped body having open handles and fitted with a detachable conforming lid, raised overall on four out-swept supports. Both the body and lid bearing impressed London hallmarks with date mark for 1903 and partially rubbed makers marks for C.S. Harris & Sons Ltd. Weighing an impressive 497 grams or 15.97 troy ounces.
