Victorian Silver and Bone Canteen Fish Serving Fork and Knife Set

A Victorian silver and bone fish serving fork and knife set with serving knife and fork. Engraved blades knives and Forks. S.A.C, hallmarked. A very pretty antique Victorian sterling silver and bone-handled fish set for twelve people, having hand-engraved blades and tines with floral decoration, and fitted into their original dark blue velvet and satin-lined walnut presentation box. All made by Hammond, Creake & Co, Sheffield in 1900. The dimensions of these fine hand-made antique silver fish-eaters are length of knife 21.5 cms (8.5 inches), and fork 18.5 cms (7.25 inches).The serving knife is 31 cms (12 inches) the serving fork is 23.5 cm (9 1/4 inches) long. The condition is very good one bone handle is discoloured slightly but this has no damage or any repairs. A fine set ready for immediate use.

A Top quality antique Victorian hallmarked sterling silver four piece teaset comprising of a teapot, coffee pot, sugar bowl and jug particularly nice as it has been kept it in such superb condition and is immaculate throughout. This superb quality set is Comprising a coffee pot, teapot, milk jug and a twin handled sugar bowl. Each of compressed circular form with quarter-fluted base and a flat-chased acanthus band.
