Aperitivo Set- Three Piece Sterling Silver Skewer Fork, Spoon, and Cheese Knife
About the Item
Cast in sterling silver and then finished by hand in his Brooklyn, NY studio, these pieces are the creation of silversmith and jewelry designer Heath Wagoner under HW. Studio. Designed for an after-work aperitivo or a spread of noshes before a meal these modern forms shine on their own or blend seamlessly into any table setting.
Each piece is hand finished. The castings are cleaned up, forged for hardness, and brought to a mirror finish. The set consists of a spoon, skewer fork, and knife. The spoon is perfect for spreads, dips, and sauces. The knife can be used for both hard and soft cheeses or charcuterie and the fork is great for pickled elements or anything that might require a brine that you don't want to dry out.
HW. Studio's work is meant to re-invigorate modern dining while employing jewelry techniques and craft to create objects that are jewelry for dining and for the table.

HW. Studio
HW. Studio is the creation of silversmith and jewelry designer Heath Wagoner. Crafted by hand in his Brooklyn, NY studio each piece is made using traditional jewelry techniques. Heath's collection is compromised of brass and silver flatware, objects, and the occasional piece of jewelry. The flatware is comprised of modern pieces whose form and function are the result of historical research and applied industrial design. The objects are often inspired by food waste such as Heath's sardine tins. Heath's jewelry is inspired by food and the sea often mimicking containers, utensils, or fare and incorporating precious materials such as gold and pearls. Blurring the lines between jewelry and tableware, Heath's work is meant to be worn or used during dining.
