Medallion coin silver macaroni server, ca 1860. Curved and open blade with serpentine edge and serrated teeth. Engraved leaf and scroll ornament and stippled curvilinear frames. Handle twisted; beaded oval terminal with male profile on stippled ground. Monogram engraved on terminal verso. Maker’s stamp for Kidney, Cann & Johnson, a New York maker active in the 1860s and 1870s. Weight: 4 troy ounces.
