Very original set of 2 earthenware breakfast cups in the "George Sand" set.
This breakfast cup features an elegant and detailed design, adorned with a raised pattern of strawberry leaves, strawberries, and small white flowers, standing out against a vibrant red background. It's named this way because inspired by the famous set created by the French manufactory Creil & Montereau for the French author George Sand, decorated with barbotine strawberries, red flowers, and ribbons.
Poetic, in the perfect style of the French romantic author who lived in Nohant and enjoyed the countryside, with delicate barbotine decorations in relief.
This set is composed of two teacups with their saucer.
