XXI Century Italia Solid Oval Silver Tureen with dish in Baroque style
About the Item
Large oval tureen with Torchon Baroque style plate.
The plate, suitable and balanced in proportions to perfectly contain the tureen, is also oval with a smooth central part and a large embossed and chiseled torchon edge
The tureen has an important oval base that makes it slim and elevates it from the support surface.
The body is rounded with 2 handles worked with the fusion technique on the sides.
The lid was also handmade, the padded plate to give the right and elegant curvature. The knob, made with the casting technique, represents a pomegranate resting on its leaves.
The entire body and lid of the tureen were embossed and chiseled completely by hand in the baroque torchon style.
Made in Milan in the Ferrari silversmith's workshop at the beginning of the 21st century for Arval Argenti Valenza
