This superb English Regency period lead lined wine cooler is of a sarcophagus design intentionally retrained in its decoration to promote and show off the magnificent quality of the figured mahogany from which it is veneered. This is the best we have owned. It is a delightful piece of rare English furniture in very original condition and retains its original brass casters, lock, folding stay and hinges(stamped ). This wine cooler is in very good condition with a rich colour and patina.
