20° Century Italian Sterling Silver Decorative Glacette Wine cooler
About the Item
Extravagant and very particular sterling silver wine cooler “ Glacette” depicting a man reminiscent of the style of "Botero" paintings.
The lower part is cilindrical with the "man’s" shoes and trousers engraved on it.
The lid is shaped and engraved with the arms, hands and the top of the suit, including shirt and tie.
The handle is round and depicts the man's stylized face with hair and moustache.
Truly special object, to give to friends or to yourself, with which you can amaze your guests by serving fine wine, perhaps an Italian wine of the same origin as this wine cooler!
Inside the cooler, 4 refreshing elements have been placed.
Once placed in the freezer, they will be placed inside the wine cooler. Very easy to take them off and put them back on.
A useful plexiglass cap can also transform the cooler into a very useful ice bucket.
Made in Milan - Italy by silversmith Mario Poli whose silversmith workshop ended at the end of the 20th century
