About

19th Century copper and brass dog collar We are proud to offer an unusual 19th Century brass and copper oversized dogs collar. Stamped D BLONDO 1836, still with its original brass lock and key. An unusually large size that would have originally has either a leather or fur lining. A lovely natural patina across all its surface, and most certainly one for the serious curio collector. Size in inches approx.: H 3” x W 6.5” x D 6.5” Period: 1836 Material: Copper and Brass Origin: Unknown Condition: Good Completely solid in structure and form, please expect age related wear across all this item as the images aim to illustrate. Scuffs and scratches as you would expect, with a deep natural patina across all its surface. Lock and key surprisingly still work perfectly. exceedingly difficult to photograph all the areas in this piece, therefore we strongly suggest reviewing all the photos provided as part of this advert and propose questions where sections are unclear to avoid disappointment.
