Mocha Pottery double cat's eye-decorated jug, circa 1820 The jug with two bands of a gray-brown ground each with a series of four-color cat's eye-red, brown, white and gray. Three bands of brown and blue above and below and a blue band with white surround in the centre. The spout with a moulded fleur de lit below and the handle with moulded terminals. No repair with typical glaze rubbing on the rim and edge of handle. Mark: impressed "D over s". Dimensions: 6 inches high x 7 3/4 inches x 5 inches.
