STEEPLE CHASE RACE HORSE BOARD GAME, 1985-1920:

Buyer Protection Guaranteed

About

Wonderful colors and endearing 19th century graphics adorn this 1895-1920 horse race game boar for the board game “Steeple Chase”. Note in particular the horse in the upper left corner that has jumped the side fence and sent onlookers scattering for cover. Antique lithographed board games pair up fantastically with collections of wooden, paint-decorated game boards.

Mounting: The board has been carefully recessed into 100% cotton rag mat board, lined with 100% cotton, black in color, which has been washed and treated to reduce and set the dye. The frame is simple and black in color. The front is u.v. protective Plexiglas.

Condition: Excellent.
