Heavily adorned split horn headdress with ermine drops, silk ribbons, hawk bells, stroud covered horns, brass trade beads and brass buttons on red stroud brain tanned buffalo cap. Stunning example from the 19th century. Would display nicely in a handmade indigenous collection or as decor in a Southwestern style home.
