in the state of Rhode Island; signed lower left and dated 1891. The canvas on stretcher measures 48 inches x 25 inches.
Provenance: collection of the late Marguerite Riordan of Stonington, Connecticut.
The surviving structures in Cranston, Rhode Island were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.
