Found in England, this hand made concrete bird will add whimsy and joy to any setting. When found we were told "I believe them to be crazy renderings of seabirds made by an outsider artist. There’s a bit of French and a bit of Spanish to them ...... so maybe made in south west France near to the Spanish border. Maybe Biarritz, France? But there’s something South American about them too! Who knows! But they are fabulous." We agree!!
