Set of three diminutive 'ball in cage' whimsy sculptures, all hand-carved/whittled from one continuous piece of wood (ca. 1930s, USA).
Includes two rectangular and one obelisk-form sculptures.
Naïve style lacking refinement -top and bottom of largest whimsy are not flat and do not rest evenly on surfaces, and the structures themselves ('cages') lack perfect symmetry.
Fine examples of American Folk Art/Outsider whimsies in good, vintage condition with only light scuffs consistent with age/use.
